Order Processing
We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. Generally, it takes us 1-2 days to process your order. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

All items are shipped to you from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia. We offer worldwide shipping to various countries using Canada Post, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination.

Pre-orders and Backorders
For all pre-orders and backorders, please allow us up to 3 weeks for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer split shipment options for now. Thus, if your order contains pre-orders or backordered items, your order will only be shipped in full once the ordered items is in stock.
