Order Processing

We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. Generally, it takes us 1-2 days to process your order. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

Shipping

All items are shipped to you from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. We offer worldwide shipping to various countries using Canada Post, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination.

Please note: Same-day dispatch may not be possible during weekends and peak/special periods (Public Holidays, Sales Holidays, the day after Public Holidays).

Pre-orders and Backorders

For all pre-orders and backorders, please allow us up to 3 weeks for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer split shipment options for now. Thus, if your order contains pre-orders or backordered items, your order will only be shipped in full once the ordered items is in stock.

General Return Policy

  • All return requests should be submitted within 14 days of your package being delivered.
  • Returned items MUST be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered and damaged.
  • Returned items MUST be in original packaging.
  • Items on Clearance cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • The Silk Space is not responsible for any delays.
  • Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, less the original outbound shipping expense.

*NOTE: We do not accept returned items that have NOT been processed and submitted first.

Return / Exchange Instructions

  1. Please send all return / exchange enquiries to support@thesilkspace.com
  2. We will email you an RMA form to fill up. Please adhere to the form for us to determine your eligibility for a return/exchange.
  3. After you have submitted the RMA form, please kindly wait for our approval.
  4. Once approved, we will send you an RMA packing slip. Please print it out and enclose it inside the return package.
  5. Please arrange your return package with your local post office and we will process your return(s) as soon as we have received the package.

*NOTE: You may use your local post office or your regular shipping method(s) to return your package.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
  • If you are shipping an item worth over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
