USE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Using clean hands, roll pointed part of earplug into a tight, crease-free cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with opposite hand, pull your outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.
3. Insert earplug quickly into the ear canal while holding it in place, wait for 30 seconds until the ear plug fully expands.

All items are shipped to you from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. it takes us 1-2 days to process your order. We offer worldwide shipping to various countries using Canada Post, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination.
